Engineering and Construction Laws
We counsel numerous clients with respect to the legal requirements of tender offer and acceptance and routinely advice how to avoid pitfalls in complicated circumstances. Our role does not just get over at the execution of the Contract, we even handhold our clients during the entire construction and/or operation phase wherein we advise on all project related contractual issues. Our Firm has represented clients in several litigations and arbitration arising out of Construction Disputes. Our team advises Employers, Contractors, Sub-contractors, Architects, PMC in relation to Design and Build Contracts, Turnkey Projects, HVAC Contracts, Public Private Partnerships, FIDIC and other Building and Engineering contracts.
